Heya Farha Merwah & Apple Co-ferment Wine is not your traditional white. A co-ferment of 80% Merwah and 20% Red Delicious apples. Juicy baked orchard and high-toned citrus fruit. Slightly salty on the finish. Carbonic maceration for the apples and skin contact for the grapes. Native yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with a small amount of sulfur.
